HR Recruiting Manager (Middle or Higher)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR/Recruitment Manager to lead our human resources operations and drive recruitment efforts. In this role, you’ll manage the full worker lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on hiring suitable talents and fostering a positive, productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
   • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talents.
   • Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
   • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align strategies.
2. HR Operations:
   • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and performance management processes.
   • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
   • Support training and career development initiatives.
3. Team Building and Culture:
   • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
   • Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
   • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 2+ years as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong background in recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a remote or fast-paced environment.
