Project Manager

The position requires relocation to Serbia. Relocation allowance is provided.

We are looking for a Software Development Project Manager to join us on a full-time position. We are servicing leading USA TV companies and actively expanding on CaLA and Europe markets. This position is a part of a team focused to deliver a product or product increments to a customer within communicated time, budget and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a manager for 1+ projects united in a program,
• Work with resource holders to build a team,
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to initiate projects and accept intermediate deliveries,
• Create project plan together with technical experts,
• Create schedule, calculate budget and keep everything in control,
• Work with location-distributed Team to manage scope and prioritization in order to achieve project goals,
• Communicate with OEMs about plans, schedule, issues and dependencies,
• Collaborate with business on priorities and focus.

Requirements:

• Project Management experience 3+ years in software development projects
• Experience in development, QA or system analysis.
• Hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Scrum processes
• Familiarity with modern development practices and processes, across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices,
• Ability to manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC including LOE estimation, project planning, requirements communication, development phase: architecting, coding, testing, issue/risk management, reporting, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and finally acceptance and delivery,
• Experience in people management,
• Skills to drive international calls in English as well as participate in technical discussions.

As an extra plus:

• Experience in Embedded development or/and STB applications development,
• Experience in DevOps,
• Experience in building new teams, workflows and pipelines.
