Scrum Master / Agile Coach

We are looking for Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to join our Chapter of agile facilitators!

We have a large variety of challenging projects and value streams, where you can bring in your motivation and experience and learn and develop together with members of our agile teams and other facilitators. We use different methodologies and frameworks, mostly SAFe and Scrum, but also with elements of Kanban and systemic coaching approaches.

Here are some examples of our value streams and projects, one of which you can join being part of our Facilitator Chapter experts:

• Gigabit business framework of Deutsche Telekom with a set of products for the rollout of the fiber infrastructure like pre-sales activities, customer driven infrastructure rollout, real-time fulfillment and many more
• Portal products for EU sales and service agents in the shops and call centers of Deutsche Telekom
• API services for decoupling of IT systems of Deutsche Telekom build based on TM Forum and Harmonized API Layer standards

Act as:

• a Servant Leader to promote and support teamwork and personal involvement
• a Coach in three different perspectives: individual, team and organization
• a Facilitator for collaboration and communication both within the team and the team’s environment 
• a Trainer to ensure the adherence to Scrum and SAFe theory, practices and rules 
• a Mentor to share own Agile experiences and ideas, guiding the team in agile practices 
• a Manager to be accountable for team's health, set-up and processes 
• an Impediment Remover to create an environment of safety to raise impediments and go into productive conflicts 
• a Change Agent to lead and promote relentless improvement in the team and organization

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
• 5+ years in agile Facilitator/ project management roles 
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Basic knowledge of scaling agile frameworks (Less, SAFe, Nexus) 
• English: Upper-Intermediate
• Experience with Jira, Confluence 2+ years
• Facilitation and communication skills
• SAFe knowledge and SM certificates would be a plus.
