Strategy Execution Manager is responsible for tailoring strategic initiatives, ensuring their alignment with strategy goals and business priorities, and driving their successful execution. The role involves managing strategic cross-functional projects, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
Ожидания от кандидата
Qualification requirements:
- 4-6 years working experience in strategy consulting (Big 3 / Big 4), processes and frameworks implementation, program management;
- Excellent knowledge of business processes, change management, basic knowledge of finance and marketing;
- IT / software experience is appreciated;
- Outstanding people and conflict management skills, ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders;
- Strong facilitation, presentation and executive communication (written, verbal) skills;
- Ability to ask the right questions and structure information;
- Ability to navigate negotiations and lead stakeholders toward decision-making;;
- Knowledge of IT and IT security landscapes;
- Teamwork / interpersonal skills;
- Results driven and strategic thinker;
- Teamwork / interpersonal skills;
- Experience of working in rapidly changing circumstance;
- Advanced English (written and oral);
- Advanced level in PowerPoint, Excel, basic knowledge of Power BI, Confluence, Jira.

Strategy execution
- Drive stakeholders’ alignment with strategic objectives to achieve buy-in and agreement on strategic action plans, including scope, milestones, and deliverables;
- Align strategic initiatives with cross-functional projects and business priorities;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to successful strategy execution;
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress of strategic initiatives against defined metrics;
- Establish and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement;
- Support the creation of KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives implementation;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
