Product Manager

We are the team of the international fintech group FerryMill. The core of our business is the online lender eKapusta.com, established in Russia over 12 years ago. This service was created to help people with irregular or unverified income gain access to financial products.

We are looking for an initiative and responsible professional who will play a key role in launching and developing our lending services in new foreign markets. The main task is to organize all work on the project from market analysis to product management and financial performance control. This position requires deep immersion in the lending business, the ability to work in uncertain conditions, and the readiness to solve complex tasks autonomously. You will closely interact with the company's management, receiving support and guidance, but the success of the project will largely depend on you.

• Implementing and managing international projects in the online lending sector. You will be responsible for all stages of the project, from market research and selection to business model adaptation, launch, and achieving profitability.
• Organizing and managing a new business. Your task is not only to launch the project but also to take full responsibility for the development of the business in a new country.
• Controlling and managing financial performance. You will need to organize reporting and manage the PnL of the new business.
• Adapting and solving complex tasks. In a rapidly changing environment, you will need to identify problems and find solutions, demonstrating flexibility in thinking and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

Candidate Requirements:

· Work from office in Novosibirsk

· Experience in business management.

· Experience in launching new projects.

· Fluent English.

· Higher education in economics, business, or technical sciences.

· Willingness to work in an international environment.
