We are creating a digital banking solution: online banking, mobile banking, omnichannel lending, and omnichannel account opening. Today our 300+ employees are serving over 350 financial institutions and reaching over 3 million mobile banking end-users every month. We’re looking for a technically savvy, reliable and organized problem-solver, who is good at working independently while still enjoying a supportive and cross-collaborative environment. We will work together to provide our clients with high-level technical services.Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time -North America). Sometimes early morning to handle production sessions when it is nighttime in the US.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting mobile and online banking software developed and supported by our company based on MS Windows Server+SQL server and .Net platform hosted at AWS using Octopus deploy
• Supporting and coordinating with developers, QAs and PMs from project inception to release
• Integrating with third-party financial services
• Quickly learning and understanding our banking software and apps in-depth
• Performing basic QA tests after implementing changes
• Examining raw technical logs and/or via kibana to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during implementation
• Work or volunteer experience handling technical processes and/or an ability to explain such processes to less-technical people

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Windows servers.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, including routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP and VPN technologies.
• IIS content publishing experience, including troubleshooting and performing analysis.
• Windows admin shell scripting experience (PowerShell).
• Solid written and spoken English skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic workload with many concurrent tasks
• Advanced troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently

As Plus

• Any Virtualization software experience.
• SQL database experience (MS SQL server preferred). Sufficient SQL proficiency with simple queries
• nginx web server configuring and troubleshooting experience 
• VPN configuration and troubleshooting experience an extra plus.
