Senior/Middle PHP-Go Developer - Russian speaking

SmartTel Plus is a company with its headquarter in Tallinn and offices in Poland, Italy, Latvia, and Russia. We offer intelligent cloud solutions and develop software solutions for communication services for businesses in Europe.

We build a universal telecommunications platform Apifonica that allows to manage voice and communication services such as Voice (SIP) and Messaging (SMS, Fb, Tg, Viber, etc.) via REST API, as well as change the status of voice calls in real time, following customer instructions. This allows our clients to easily integrate into their processes and products such services as: number masking, 2-way communication over textual means of information exchange, create smart IVR of any complexity, conduct massive interactive advertising and information campaigns and many other cases of using a telecommunications platform.

Currently in our company there is an active growth of projects related to the implementation of services built on the platform basis and we are looking for an active, purposeful person who will join us and support the development of our company's products! Our main technology stack for this vacancy is Docker, Go lang, PHP, MongoDB, MySQL. We also offer opportunities to learn and develop AWS, FreeSWITCH, Speech synthesis & speech recognition, LUA, Tarantool, RabbitMQ and many other technologies.

What will you be doing:

• collecting сlient requirements and developing architecture of applications and products;

• process management of team of 2-4 people;

• management of the full cycle of software development and release;

• carrying out technological integrations with customer applications and their processes;

• solving problems of high loads;

• development of client SDK libraries;

• improving the process of value delivery.

The ideal candidate should have:

• knowledge of Design patterns and principles of Web services development;

• ability to work in highly loaded projects;

• experience in integration with third-party APIs;

• experience in software project management

• experience in the development of highly loaded backend and API components based on PHP, Go;

• experience in building services with synchronous and asynchronous integrations;

• understanding and implementation of Agile values.

It will be an asset:

- Work experience of high-loaded projects;

- Knowledge of the SIP protocol;

- Experience of telephony platforms (FreeSWTICH, Asterisk).
