Application Support Engineer (ImageMaster)

ImageMaster is Enterprise Content Management solution that covers the entire functional spectrum of document management and is integrated with SAP, SharePoint, Exchange, MS Office. There are more than 100 customers including Airbus, Daimler, Henkel, DHL, Shell and many others, more than 120Tb of stored documents.
Support team in Saint-Petersburg is responsible for providing support for our largest client.
- To be part of the 2nd and the 3rd levels of support for Enterprise Content management system ImageMaster (including on-call support);
- To assist in error analysis during End-user support remote sessions (WebEx, Eventlog check, Process Dump generation, ImageMaster Logfiles);
- To cooperate with Project development and with the 1st level support teams.
- Solid knowledge of the Linux OS;
- Good knowledge of Application Servers (JBoss/Wildfly);
- “Good enough” English for daily communication (writing, speaking, reading);
- Analytical thinking /problem solving;
- Independent, goal-oriented working;
- Good experience in collaboration with the customer / subcontractor;
- Willingness to do on-call support for (7*24 service).
Will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of SOLR;
- Good knowledge about DB topics like transactions, indexing, etc. for one or more databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
