Xsolla is looking for an Africa & Middle East Payments Manager to join our team. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • With an understanding of the Company’s core business, design strategies for payments development in Africa & Middle East regions
  • Approve quarterly plans of strategy execution with stakeholders, report on its progress on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Ensure effective communications with prospect payment providers
  • Negotiate contractual terms and technical set-up principles to ensure high-performing UX with an understanding of local market specific and user payments preferences   
  • Manage contract negotiations, technical integration, and launch of the prospect providers with internal departments
  • Control revenue and conversion rate performance of newly launched payment channels, define optimization plans to ensure better performance 
  • Support the marketing team with market insights for marketing deliverables creation

OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

  • Manage other Payments product-related development projects 
  • Help operations team to optimize business relationships with current payment providers
  • Work on other tasks covering the product demands, including but not limited to specific market research, acquiring new payment providers/vendors in regions other than Africa & Middle East, managing business-related opportunities.
