Software Engineer / Java (Customer Solutions Team)

For our client, an American software company we are looking for an 

Software Engineer (Java) 

What you will do

• Develop the platform, integrations with different technologies and tools
• Help to design and implement new features and influence the product direction based on the customer feedback
• Run pilot projects: build proof-of-concept systems to meet architectural, performance and other requirements of potential customers.
• Assist the dedicated support team with troubleshooting and providing architecture and usage guidelines.
• Work to automate deployment and management processes for various public cloud providers such as AWS, GCE, AZURE.

• 3+ years experience as a Software Engineer
• Excellent Java SE knowledge
• Experience with concurrent programming
• Experience with SQL databases
• English — upper intermediate or higher

The following will be a strong plus:

• Experience with Docker or public Cloud (AWS, GCE, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools for public cloud deployment (ansible, terraform, etc.)
• Experience in troubleshooting Java applications and/or databases
• Experience in supporting Linux systems (iptables, firewalld, selinux)
• Experience working in support, consulting or other customer-facing positions
• Experience of network configuration (static routing, subnets, gateways)
