CTO

We are looking for a CTO who will be in charge of our tech strategy. This role will involve writing code, mentoring and reviewing code from developers, hiring and developing tech team, defining tools / architecture / process, and taking ownership of the production infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Defining the technical and architectural direction of the platform
• Speeding up the shipment of the product and its scaling
• Application of ML and CV
• Building and developing data collection pipeline
• Hiring, managing and development of tech team

Skills / experience we're looking for:

• Experience with backend/platform engineering
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of management experience

A plus:

• Some experience with frontend
• Familiarity with Deep Learning and NLP: Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, mask rcnn, etc.
• Basics of DevOps

We are built on: Python, Django, Google cloud, Docker, OpenCV, Celery, TensorFlow.

We aren't stick to this stack though.
