We are KasperskyOS business unit, and right now we’re searching for a Head of KasperskyOS Business Development who will be responsible for business development and long-term business for products and solutions based on the KasperskyOS.
What you will do:
- Leadership and management KasperskyOS BDM team;
- Own and leads development and implementation of long-term business strategy of KasperskyOS;
- Define value proposition, develops 4-year and go-to market strategy;
- Through the in-depth understanding of user needs, identify new opportunities and markets for the KasperskyOS;
- Approve Road Maps and product / service scope change as well as product / service inclusion or withdrawal from KasperskyOS solutions portfolio;;
- Monitor market trends and brings new ideas to the team;
- Develop solutions portfolio based on customer needs and distinctive technologies developed by R&D;
- Formulate commercial requirements to products / service (functionality and commercial scenarios, key sellable features), approves product vision;
- Determine the most effective way to deliver solution;
- Develop customers acquisition guidelines;
- Develop target partner profiles and acquisition guidelines;
- Develop pricing;
- Build and maintain deep relationships with territories and sales teams to identify and drive growth opportunities / prioritization, especially for focused disease states.
What we expect from you:
- Required higher professional education, preferably technical or economical;
- Additional certificates are welcomed;
- Extended experience in IT industry, preferably in Sales, Business Development or Product Management, IT Security;
- 3+ years as manager of a team;
- Advanced technical background;
- Business document writing skills;
- Basic understanding of Sales Models;
- Understanding of typical project phases;
- Ability to present solutions;
- Understanding of business environment and product development process;
In addition you should be:
- Negotiator and diplomat;
- Very goal oriented;
- Strong logical (what we do, why we do it, should we do it?)
- Able to prioritize;
- Passionate to details;
- Ability to inspire the team and motivate them to achieve personal growth every day.
- Self-motivated;
- Able to work under time and management pressure.
