From their prior work experience, they bring to Bright Pattern a profound understanding of what it takes to build feature rich customer service technology and have a deep commitment to the success of their customers. Today, Bright Pattern is combining these experiences to create cloud contact center solutions empowering mid and enterprise size businesses to offer great customer experience across all communication and messaging channels.
