О компании и команде

Business Analyst maintains business S&M processes ensuring sales and marketing cycle from the lead creation, to opportunity pipeline management is fully enabled from infrastructure (CRM, PRM). Translates business scenarios into IT tasks considering CRM/PRM ideology taking the advantage of CRM capabilities.

Standardization of sales processes at the global level to ensure that HQ methodologies are properly translated to the local offices. Alignment of main sales processes through regions. 

Ожидания от кандидата

  • Last three years of work experience in sales operations and the pertinent CRM software at CRM consultant / solution architect / business analyst position
  • Experience of optimization of CRM processes in IT / e-commerce
  • Business Analysis skills
  • SQL basic skills
  • Fluent English and communication skills
  • High Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Finance, Statistics

Условия работы

Day to day key activities summary:

  • Internal customer (mainly S&M) facing role that have responsibility for uncovering and documenting business requirements for CRM/PRM custom functional components and effectively demonstrate the solution developed
  • interpreting data into practical conclusions technical expertise for redesigning business & technical CRM tools processes
  • Be responsible for designing S&M solutions in accordance to CRM best practices and taking the advantage of the CRM capabilities, and setting corresponding tasks for IT
  • Design business requirements for CRM integrations with external systems
  • Interpret and apply Kaspersky policies and procedures related to S&M and CRM compliance with these areas.
  • Support Sales Enablement Programs Managers/Coordinators, helping in investigation and resolution of technical problems related to CRM
  • Work closely with IT team, set tasks on CRM settings changes and update
  • Optimization of existing business processes in CRM tools
  • Support CRM functionality owned by Sales Enablement team: approval processes, territory management, users’ pages layouts etc.
