Release/Delivery Manager

Entangle envisions a barrier-free future where protocols on every chain are interconnected, reducing the inherent complexities of DeFi from a user and developer perspective. To usher in a new generation of DeFi dApps, Entangle builds an interoperable cross-chain liquidity sub-layer with a custom oracle solution to power a native dApp, Synthetic Vaults. The release manager will be supporting the core tech team taking the product to mass adoption.

Besides Entangle, the hire will oversee the development of a couple of sister crypto projects of  a smaller size.

Your day to day will include:

• Build a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement;
• Create shared accountability and develop a self-organizing team;
• Support and coach a delivery team to improve performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity using Agile principles;
• Support Product to prioritise and plan the delivery of features as well as contributing to user story creation and prioritising the backlog Identify risks, remove blockers and impediments for the tech team;
• Facilitating workshops and agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint review, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement and demos;
• Manage and report on delivery progress, including, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies;
• Work with community and marketing leads to create public release notes, feature development updates, and roadmaps;
• Work in the UAE business hours;
• Build key relationships across the entire business.

Knowledge and experience:

• Technical expertise in crypto/blockchain technologies;
• Experience in defi/DEXes is highly preferred;
• 3+ years experience in agile delivery working on crypto/defi products end-to-end;
• Experience at taking projects from testnet to mainnet, and consecutive scaling;
• Familiarity and exposure to multiple agile frameworks with an ability to assess and adapt an approach to progress forward;
• Technical writing and documenting skills;
• Experience with command line, SQL and Unix;
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Miro;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels;
• Experience supporting high-performing engineering teams;
• Experience crafting and measuring success with OKRs;
• English and Russian at C1/C2 level.
