IT Project Manager

Omega is an innovative one-stop banking alternative solution that empowers international entrepreneurs to easily launch, effectively run, and quickly scale their businesses in the UK. We are regulated by the FCA in the UK (FRN 901093) and funded by Mastercard. The project has raised Seed funding and is now in the active stages of beta-testing in preparation for the market launch.

The opportunity:

The remote roles in the fast-growing and innovative FinTech start-up that is in the early stages of development. You will benefit from direct exposure to all levels of decision-making and work closely with the founders.

If the candidate successfully completes the trial period, the company will sponsor their relocation to London, UK.

Key Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years-experience in a Project Management role  in software development projects
• Strong track record as a Project Manager with solid experience with Enterprise Service Management and/or IT Service Management
• Hands-on experience with both Kanban & Agile processes
• Familiarity with modern development practices and processes, across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices
• Experience in release management
• Experience in people management
• Excellent communication skills in Russia, good communication skills in English
• Takes ownership to engage and communicate proactively and effectively at all levels of the business
• Highly skilled in delivering against project objectives and successfully implementing IT change
• Takes responsibility for architectural adherence, quality standards, policies and internal IT processes.

As an extra plus:

• Experience is QA
• Experience in building new teams, workflows and pipelines.
