Senior Python Developer in ML

polyn.ai is a fabless semiconductor startup company with offices in Israel and UK. Out technology provides conversion of trained Neural Networks into Tiny AI silicon chips with ultra-low power consumption, low latency and small size. What is very special about our tech is that our chips do analog computations, not digital. This allows us to greatly reduce chip size and power consumption, and, for some types of sensors, also get rid of ADC signal transformations.

We are a motivated team of 30+ people distributed between Israel, UK and some other locations. We work remote and offer following positions regardless of your place of residence.

As a Senior Python Developer You will participate in the development of internal Compiler tool which is a set of TF/Keras/ONNX model processing and optimization methods. This job involves processing models developed by Product Team and is close to the field of ‘optimizing compilation’. It also involves general NN-related research in the fields of knowledge distillation, pruning, regularizing and some other training techniques. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial software development, at least 1.5 years developing particular codebase in a team 
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks & Python
• Good knowledge of mathematics & algorithms
• Decent knowledge of Linux, bash
• English — good reading skills

Terms

• Contractor agreement with UK company
• Several times a year we meet for 3-4 days for personal discussions, other time we work remote with flexible hours
• Most of the team speaks Russian, written communication is normally in English
• Possible help with relocation — TBD, but full relocation package is not provided
