Corporate Title: Business Operations Lead
The Key Functions of the Role
Main responsibilities
sales management:
- Establish/Review/Track the Global/Regional Sales Strategy model per region in Line with Global expectations.
- Streamline Business Processes across the business, optimizing for Quality, efficiency, and effective resource management.
- Manage/Monitor Global GSN projects and work off own initiative to implement new projects/Initiatives.
- Drive Operational Excellence across the GSN by Organizing, Planning, implementing and monitoring projects that improve GSN efficiency
- Cooperate with BI and other Business departments on Target setting, Forecasting, 4/2/1Y Budget Planning etc
- Work with Pricing to ensure price lists are in line with regional market requirements whilst maintaining profit goals.
- Ensure that all promotions and process worked in collaboration with BD team are managed and monitored in a timely and efficient manner.
- Works with VP and BD team Regular review/planning/execution of Incremental cases and Initiatives in order to drive the Sales Growth plan and Strategy
- Works on analysis on large complex projects to ensure P&L meets company budgets.
efficiency improvement:
- Cooperate with Regional/Global Finance to manage costs and efficiencies from Local offices.
- Drive Marketing efficiency in Regions buy monitoring tools and ROI
- Scale successful local initiatives/Best practices across other territories/regions
- Manage and Control, with acceptance and support from VP on re-alignment of budgets during re-forecasting process
- Monthly reporting for TOP Managers on GSN efficiency
- Manage internal efficiency projects
with RnD:
- Cooperate with RnD regarding road-map changes, ensuring that regional needs are taken into consideration
- Consolidate regional requests on necessary changes of roadmap and prepare detail for review with R&D team
- Own and collaborate with regions on Industry analyst activities
operations:
- Evaluation & approval of non-standard deals and business schemes, in conjunction with VP
- Evaluation & approval of new office initiatives (Telemarketing, databases etc) in conjunction with VP
Requirements
Education
- Higher education in Economics, Finance or Mathematics
Work experience
- 10+ years experience on leading roles Sales, Finance and similar roles
- 10+ years Management experience
- Experience in IT industry is a plus
- Cross-Regional Experience is a plus
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Must have:
- English & Russian fluent
- Advanced communication skills on all levels
- Strong Management skills
- Advanced knowledge of analytical instruments (Excel, OLAP cubes)
- Good knowledge of visualization principles & software (mainly power BI)
- Understanding of ETL architectures and MS BI stack
- Ability to work under stress and tough deadlines
