Условия работы

If you're obsessed with quality and also know how to build processes that work, then you should come to us.

We're looking for an QA Lead/Manager of education with ambitious goals:
- Lead QA-mentors who are current IT professionals with 10-25 years of experience themselves and hold senior technical positions in corporations
- Organize the process on internal QA projects (more precisely, manage the educational process in 4-5 groups in parallel)
- Manage the process of 4-5 part-time external QA internship projects (or more precisely, launch a new client-side QA project for our graduates' internship every month)
- To set, without exaggeration, new cutting-edge experience in QA education standards and development of the career-long education conception
- Do all this with the highest quality

We are international mentors who have been both cultivating individual QA talent from the ground up and building outstanding QA teams for customers since 2016. We are profitable, once again expanding (this time into the US market) and ready to welcome new talent to our team.

Since we are obsessed with quality, we take a professional, not commercial approach to QA education. This gives our students a unique learning environment:

1. Only student comes first - lessons in groups of maximum 15 students, where feedback is given to particular person, not to the flow of 100+ people
2. Only top mentors - with 10-25 years of experience in international IT
3. Only quality - live lectures adjusted to the specific group
4. Only full confidence - entrance tests for students to evaluate yourself, the complexity of the course, and avoid wasting time/money
5. Only direct connection - homework is checked by a lecturer, not an inexperienced mentor
6. Only effective learning - a three-level model of learning "from simple to complex" with an interactive textbook of 500+ pages to help better absorb the material (and prepare for interviews)
7. Only effective learning - a lot of practice: quizzes in the textbook, practice in class, challenging homework, internships
8. Only economical and convenient training - practice takes place in a cloud sandbox - even an old home computer will do, and student watch lectures and make quizzes in iOS/Android-application
9. Only a working resume - a two-month internship by a full QA on a real business project, which will give the first experience
10. Only like life - the final exam is like a real individual interview, and then there's tough job mentoring (and job security for a 4.5+ grade)

As a result, graduates have pre-middle QA level qualification, have no employment problems, and provide maximum benefit already to their first employer.

We work with highly motivated students only who passed the entrance exams (the current competition - 3 people per place).

We try to stay compact in order to be efficient. That's why the number of students enrolled each year is limited to 100-150. But we actively use ERP, CRM, LMS software, Agile processes, NPS reviews.

If you:

- Are dissatisfied with the low level of processes at most IT companies and want to show how to do it better
- Are bored with one project, if it lasts more than six months, and want to have as much drive as possible
- Are on fire to work in a team where the average employee's experience in IT is 15+ years (in Oracle, Acronis, General Motors, etc.)
- Are ready to become a model for those taking the first steps in QA
- Want to pump up your karma by not doing a project for the next millionaire, but really improving other people's lives
...then you'll find it interesting here

It's also profitable and it's an interesting job for a result-oriented person:

Compensation consists of a fixed salary of 250'000 rubles + equity and profit participation from the first year (not a "lottery" stock options).

Responsibilities

- Management of the general educational process: correction of the curriculum based on modern requirements to QA, schedule management, organization-coordination of the educational process of groups, formation and control of sprints
- Active participation in reviewing educational materials, setting technical requirements for new educational software
- Active collection of feedback from mentors, students; its analysis and application of conclusions in practice
- Conducting two lectures a month “as a dean”, in order to better understand the educational process
- Running QA Internship projects on the customer side (a team of 6-9 students start each month in a new company, the initial set up of the processes and then delegate the lead from the students)
- Monitoring and mentoring the process of employment of graduates

To put the job description succinctly, it is a “playing dean”. I.e., a specialist whose ultimate goal is to produce top-notch professionals, but who is not sitting in an ivory tower, but continues to play an active role as a QA lead/manager.
