Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an independent Senior Data Analyst who ideally has hands-on experience in data engineering and/or data science.

In this role, you will create and upgrade data models for proxy routing logic, do research and find new ways to help our clients solve their use cases faster and more efficiently.

We are looking for proactive and responsible teammates with 3+ years of experience in data analysis/data science, passionate about getting value from data. We appreciate specialists who can think in their own way and take responsibility for their activities and projects, and offer freedom of action in return.

Main tasks

• Run statistical analysis to determine patterns in traffic distribution, research proxy connection logs to come up with new hypotheses on how to improve performance for our clients
• Build segmentation & prediction models to improve clients’ experience with our product and optimize our proxy supply pool usage
• Suggest data points to collect in order to build more precise models of traffic distribution. Improve our current data collection process and data storage architecture: create new aggregation tables, improve ETL processes, improve event logging, etc.
• Building dashboards
• Work closely with product teams to help answer their questions and find new ideas for research. Share your findings and present your results to the whole company

Minimum qualifications

• Proficiency in Python & SQL
• Experience with data modeling and statistical learning, advanced knowledge of mathematical statistics
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and other data-handling skills (Docker, Airflow, etc.)
• Experience with Version control tools such as Git, GitLab
• Focus on the result, independence, and understanding of business requirements
• A logical and structured approach to problem-solving and clear communication

Will be a plus

• Experience in working with the entire data infrastructure in small startups is a plus
