Support engineer

The company (AnyChart) has been leading the global market of data visualization solutions for over 15 years. We have a wide range of products and thousands of customers we support. 

We are eagerly looking for people who are:

• Smart, creative, and quick-witted.
• Enthusiastic about solving tasks of any difficulty.
• Ready for constant self-learning.
• Willing to ask and communicate.
• Fluent English speakers.

The following skills are the most important for us:

• English (written B2, spoken not required but is a plus)
• JavaScript / ES6+

The following skills are desirable:

• Frontend / backend basics
• Object-oriented programming
• SVG, Canvas
• Git
• Angular
• Webpack

Experience with the following platforms will amplify our interest:

• QlikView / Qlik Sense
• Power BI
• Tableau

The scope of the support activities will include:

• Correspondence with customers from all over the world.
• Finding solutions to their problems using our resources such as documentation, references, and internal communications with our developers.
• Finding similar problems and solutions on Stack Overflow and beyond.
