Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services and identifying opportunities for additional business.
In this role, you should have a strong background in sales and business development, ideally with experience in the software industry. You should also be highly motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including networking, cold outreach, and partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring that they are aware of our products and services and understanding their needs and goals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve company targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of success
- Proficiency in English (B2+, with strong communication skills)
- Experience in the IT/software industry is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Results-driven and highly motivated personality
- Passion for working in a startup environment
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Experience with sales strategy development and execution
This is a 100% remote role. You can work from any place you are comfortable at. Or we discuss an option of relocation to Cyprus (where our HQ is based).
