Pioneers Education is an early-stage EdTech company. Our mission is to bridge the gap between higher education and employers. Our product is aimed to help students understand what career paths they may follow, acquire relevant skills and recruit better.

We are at the beginning of our journey, but we have already been backed by investors from the US and Eastern Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who like to create a product (almost) from scratch and appreciate working in good teams.

About The Role

Our team is based in Georgia (dev) and the USA (business dev, product management) and works remotely. We have a small team, and all the tasks our team is working on are important and ambitious. We welcome the opening of discussion, creativity, and independence. 

As a member of the team, you will be expected to: 

• Write, modify, revise, optimize and debug code
• Make decisions related to IT architecture and solution design
• Perform testing and quality control activities 
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Coach junior members of the team
