We help modern startups and large corporations from the USA, Europe, China, and even Australia to create and develop IT products and bring them to new markets.

We are looking for Key Account Manager with English speaking and writing level close to native (C1 or higher).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience
  • Experience working with US/European companies communicating at TOP level
  • Good business correspondence, presentation and sales skills with professional support via online chats, email, or other channels.
  • Understanding of how business works in USA, UK, Europe and cross-cultural differences in relations in different countries.
  • Cool if you have knowledge about software development company functioning and understanding of IT industry trends.
  • Consulting regarding company's services with high level of proficiency
  • Substitute PM in emergency situations.
  • Understanding of basic revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections
  • Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers/partners
  • Personal traits: purposeful, client-oriented, analytical and systematic thinking, responsible
  • Negotiation, influence and conflict resolution skills and problem-solving skills
  • Technical background would be a big plus.

Duties:

  • Investigate customer industry, business environment, rivals; its profile, internal organizational structure, stakeholders, processes and other customer related data.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
  • Grow accounts by discovering customer’s business needs and offering relevant solutions & services
  • Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/ opportunities within or related to the project
  • Elaborate all legal project documentation (contracts, acts of acceptance etc.). Ensures the affirmation of documents on the client`s side
