Pretia is a start-up company that plans, develops and operates AR Cloud and various AR services with the mission of "Empower collaborative achievement". Pretia's main focus is to develop solutions that utilize the AR cloud platform "Pretia". Pretia is a platform on which creators can produce quality AR experiences more easily. It has the potential to lead the AR industry, and this position expects you to bring your own ideas to grow the platform.

What you will do:

This is a management position to lead a global team of engineers from all over the world. You will be responsible for building a team where engineers can play an active role while committing to creating a team structure that transcends language and cultural barriers and solving organizational issues. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of the team members and creating a team that will represent Asia in cutting-edge AR technology.

What we require:

• 3+ years of experience in team management such as engineering manager, tech lead, technical manager, etc.
• Experience in utilizing Unity 3D and C#
• Experience in game development, including mobile games/game design
• Something related to high-level skill in technology of architecture, OOP or CI
• English proficiency: Native, bilingual proficiency or professional working proficiency
• 3 month probation period

Good to have, but not essential skills:

• Knowledge of AR, VR and Game Physics
• Experience in mentoring, management, team building, and career development of team members
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an internationalized team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Japanese proficiency: Native, bilingual proficiency or professional working proficiency

What we provide:

• Salary: from ￥500 000 to ￥830 000 per month, before taxes
• Full-remote
• Regular employment
• Flextime system:
  - Core working time: 12:00-17:00
  - 40 hour long working time in total is required per week
• Holidays
  - Saturday and Sunday
  - Public holidays (Or the next day if they fall on a Sunday)
  - New Year's holiday (12/30-1/3)
  - Annual paid leave (10 days are granted for the first year)
  - Special leave (6 days are granted upon employment, to be expired in six months)
