About us
Adapty makes it easier to handle and implement in-app purchases. We’re developing an all-in-one tool for measuring your in-app subscription business, handling purchasing infrastructure, and conducting marketing experiments with the low-code A/B tests.

Your mission at Adapty
- Support sales & customer success team with deep technical knowledge and understanding of Adapty
- Serve as the technical liaison between sales and customer success team.
- As the customer facing implementation engineer, this role acts as the primary resource in solving technical issues and inquiries in pre-sales and onboarding processes.
- Proactively engage with product and engineering teams on roadmap, soliciting and sharing customer/prospect feedback where necessary.
- Assist in documentation efforts around Adapty product offerings, internal knowledge base, and training resources.
What makes you a match for us?
– At least 4 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company, as a Sales / Pre-sales / Customer Success Engineer or Tier 3 Support Engineer
– C1-C2 level English, strong presentation skills.
– You have hundreds or thousands technical demo's under your belt
– Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
It would be a HUGE bonus if you have
– Experience in mobile development
– Good understanding of the mobile applications market or have experience developing or running your own apps/app businesses.
