Kraftvaerk is experiencing growth and we are looking for an Operations & Revenue manager, to be the intersection between business, finance and operations. We are currently specialized in integrated e-commerce, portals, websites, application development and cloud solutions.

We are looking for an Operations & Revenue Manager, who can take the lead on allocation, resource planning and revenue optimization. You will be working closely together with the management team and best-in-class engineers, designers, strategists, QA specialist, and architects located in Stockholm, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Aarhus, St. Petersburg and Helsinki. You will be the system owner of our resource management system and BI Dashboards. In close collaboration with the delivery & engagement team you will focus on staffing our projects across offices in a way that allows us to deliver the best projects for our clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Staffing on projects across our offices
  • Revenue management & optimization based on allocation and resource management
  • Own the reporting on utilization, avg. hourly rate, project profitability, project health
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience to optimize the processes and tools within resource management & BI
  • Owner of our resource management system (Timelog)
  • Resource planning and proactively informing our recruitment planning about potential “bottle necks”
  • You will own all BI & Dashboards related to utilization and staffing
  • Identify and follow up on discrepancies between forecasted & actual utilization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from the industry
  • Solid organizational skills, including exquisite attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience of tackling difficult situations and handling blockers, with a pragmatic and empathic approach,
  • Comfortable with handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with resource management of digital projects

Would be an advantage:

  • If you have experience with Timelog
  • If you have experience with Power BI
