QA Engineer

Inperium is a US-based software company that provides business solutions for small and mid-size organizations around the globe. Our SaaS product portfolio currently includes a customer relationship management (CRM) solution and a business telephone system. As a mid-level QA engineer, you will be joining our international, all-remote team of professionals who are committed to continuous improvement and innovation. Together with your colleagues, you will be driving quality assurance practices for either our CRM product or our business phone system.

You will:
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Write test documentation (Test Rail, Jira, Confluence)
• Conduct all types of application testing, including system, regression, and acceptance testing
• Reproduce and evaluate the problems reported by internal users and clients
• Write automation tests in TypeScript with Jest and Puppeteer (we can provide training in this area)

You need:
• 2+ years of experience in testing web or mobile applications
• Experience in writing test documentation such as test cases and checklists
• Strong skills in creating clear and accurate bug reports
• The ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and consistency
• The ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, while being equally comfortable working in a team
• At least an intermediate level of fluency with written English

Will be a plus:
• Experience in writing SQL queries
• Experience in writing automation tests
