Product Owner

BnBerry is a travel tech company building innovative tools and products for the Hospitality industry. 

BnBerry tools and services are used by hotels to connect to hospitality marketplaces, manage inventory distribution, bookings, revenue and customer experience. Our portfolio includes top international hotels and resorts as well as independent and franchised hotels. 

We are now expanding our team to support our growth and are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage product development.

Most communication within the team is in Russian, however you should be able to understand and express yourself in English.

Responsibilities

1. Create, manage and prioritize the product backlog based on multiple stakeholders inputs
2. Write user stories, requirements specifications and user acceptance criteria
3. Participate and lead Scrum ceremonies
4. Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
5. Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
6. Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
7. Supervise and advise the team to meet software expectations
8. Work together with product support colleagues to ensure in time issues resolution
9. Stakeholder management
10. UAT support

Requirements: 

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst or similar role
2. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
3. Experience working with requirements within the Scrum framework and writing quality user stories
4. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
5. Understanding of product development lifecycle
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Basic understanding of UI/UX
8. Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
9. Ability to adjust to working in different time zones
10. Upper intermediate English
11. Experience with the Atlassian stack
