Senior Backend Developer (Magento, MySQL, XML)

Kraftvaerk is experiencing growth and we are looking for a Backend Developer in St. Petersburg. We are hiring for a new project within international team. It is E-commerce project for the big international telecommunications company. We expect you to contribute with good technical and communication skills, flexibility and being proactive.

Responsibilities:

• Software development
• Managing the priorities, deadlines, and results the projects
• Participation in all stages of software development lifecycle

• Good English skills
• Strong experience in PHP, MySQL and XML
• Familiar with using different themes, modules, and extensions using Magento
• Familiar with UI development and Design patterns (Grunt, Gulp, and Bootstrap is a plus)
• Clear understanding of ecommerce modules functionalities/integrations: cart, personalization, catalog, promotions, checkout, order management, stock management, and customer service
• Knowledge in Online Payments, Payment Gateways, and Customer Service is a plus
• Well understanding and execution of Agile Methodologies
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a variety of functional disciplines
• Familiar DevOps tools and experience in CI/CD software
• Familiar with AWS Cloud Platform
• Magento Exam certified is a plus
