Main tasks

  1. Project phase

Our company is in the process of re-platforming SAP CRM 7.0 onto combined solution based on SAP CX and Salesforce. The goal of the project is to rollout global Salesforce template in combination with local SAP CX solution

Salesforce solution components:

Sales and Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Analytics (Force.com)

SAP CX solution components:

Customer Data Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Cloud Platform

Integrated by:

SAP CX <-> SAP CPI <-> Informatica cloud Integration hub <-> Salesforce

Integration with other systems in CRM ecosystem, both global and local, is in scope.

The role of the successful candidate is to enforce current team with project development and following maintenance.

2. Post-project phase

  • Active participation in CRM ecosystem deployment & integration, Business Requirements Definition, Concept Design and ensuring compliance with business needs
  • Adjust existing and/or customize new functionality of CRM ecosystem, and its interfaces with central and local applications
  • Coordination of user training and testing
  • Preparation of documentation in compliance with corporate policies, rules and procedures.
  • Operational user support

Qualification

  • Higher education in information technology sphere or equivalent
  • Work experience as SAP СRM consultant; experience with SAP CX (SAP Hybris Commerce/ C4C) and/or Salesforce is desirable
  • Experience of participation in global projects
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, information security and personal data protection Russian specifics. Good knowledge of automotive industry is a benefit
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM systems functionality such as Customer Data Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Cloud Platform; using the SOAP and REST-based Web Service API's, ABAP development, Middleware & CPI
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems functionality: Sales and Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Analytics, Informatica is a benefit
  • Deep knowledge of SoD (Segregation of Duties) principles concerning authorization
  • Fluent technical and communication English (Upper Intermediate level)
