YouHodler Product Managers take a significant role in building the next generation of crypto products. You will work closely with developers, product design, and cross-functional teams to build products and new experiences. You’ll be shaping the future of blockchain and help us achieve our mission to properly integrate cryptocurrency into the financial ecosystem.
Job description and responsibilities
- Manage the software roadmap, including prioritization of key features for upcoming releases;
- Help the head of the product department with development from conception to launch;
- Utilize your agile skills with task analytics and analysis of the requirement from the business owners and speak with developers of their language;
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver new features on time;
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development;
- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
Job qualifications and requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience in software product management;
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas;
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and our mission;
Native or fluent English. Russian language will be a bonus.
