Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst – CRM/BI.

What you’ll do:

• Requirements management of Netcracker CRM and BI software products;
• Support of ongoing CRM/BI development and delivery projects;
• Collecting and analysis of use cases and requirements from the existing and prospect customers;
• Conducting markets and technologies researches in CRM/BI field;

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years work experience as business analyst in BSS domain, preferably with CRM or BI products;
• Experience in Software Requirements management as a Product Owner or Implementation Business Analyst for enterprise-level applications;
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills;
• Familiarity with UML;
• Understanding of basic OOP principles;
• Experienced user of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
• Solid technical English verbal/writing skills;
