We are KasperskyOS business unit, and right now we’re searching for a Business Development manager who will be responsible for business development and long-term business for Industrial Automation products and solutions based on the KasperskyOS.

What you will do:

  1. Analysis of existing and potential cybersecurity needs on the market with the primary focus (but not limited to) on Industrial Automation and Control Systems;
  2. Analysis of existing and potential technological capabilities of KasperskyOS to expand Industrial and Embedded product portfolio;
  3. Monitoring of third-party companies and startups, assessing the potential of OEM cooperation and / or interaction through the Kaspersky Innovation Hub;
  4. Define value proposition, develop 4-year and go-to market strategy;
  5. Through the in-depth understanding of user needs, identify new opportunities and markets for Industrial Automation Control Systems solutions;
  6. Approve Road Maps and product / service scope change as well as product / service inclusion or withdrawal from KasperskyOS solutions portfolio;
  7. Monitor market trends and brings new ideas to the team;
  8. Develop solutions portfolio based on customer needs and distinctive technologies developed by R&D;
  9. Formulate commercial requirements to products / service (functionality and commercial scenarios, key sellable features), approves product vision;
  10. Determine the most effective way to deliver solution;
  11. Develop customers acquisition guidelines;
  12. Develop target partner profiles and acquisition guidelines;
  13. Develop pricing;
  14. Build and maintain deep relationships with territories and sales teams to identify and drive growth opportunities / prioritization, especially for focused disease states.

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education;
  • Extended experience in Industrial Automation and/or Embedded systems, preferably in Sales and Business Development;
  • Deep knowledge of Industrial Automation;
  • Advanced technical background;
  • Business document writing skills;
  • Deep understanding of Sales Models;
  • Understanding of typical project phases;
  • Ability to present solutions;
  • Understanding of business environment and product development process.
