Enterprise Data Architect

Mars Pet Nutrition Russia is looking for an Enterprise Data Architect who will be responsible for helping the company constantly improve our management and access to data, minimize data risk for the organization, and help control technical diversity. The Enterprise Data Architect will regularly provide oversight and expertise to the Digital Transformation Office and Data & Analytics team to ensure good database design, performance, and adherence to architectures, standards and best practices.

You will:

• Define the architecture of information systems and integration solutions
• Determine the necessary tools for the implementation of architectural solutions within the technological stack used in the Company
• Determine the principles and schemes for the integration of information systems of the Company
• Determine the principles and schemes for the integration of information systems of the Company
• Determine the necessary types of testing based on previously developed criteria for the effectiveness of the implementation of information systems and architectural solutions
• Perform threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications and requirements for introduction of new technologies
• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline with all SDLC tollgates, setup developers to work on Agile framework and configure / enable automated testing pipeline
• Build custom processes and application to meet project requirement to implement end-end architecture

We expect:

• 5+ years in a solution architecture and design role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms
• 3+ years hands on experience on Python, JavaScript, PowerShell
• 3+ years of hands on experience in developing and implementing application with SAML/OAuth/OIDC with MFA / RBAC using Azure AD
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Azure DWH/Synapse, ADLS Gen2, Data Bricks Notebook and Python, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory
• 3+ years of hands on experience in building real-time solution using EventHub, Analytics Stream, Kafka Streams etc and event driven application using Logic Apps and Azure functions
• Experience in solution delivery using common methodologies especially Scrum Agile, MIRO, JIRA, Confluence
• Upper-Intermediate or Fluent English (spoken and written)
