Requirements:

Technical:

• MUST - Work experience in Backend development at least 1 year
• MUST - Object Oriented Programming
• MUST - Advanced programming with Java
• MUST – MySQL
• MUST – Linux
• ADVANTAGE - PHP, Python,
• ADVANTAGE – some experience in setting up a server
• ADVANTAGE - git, SVN, etc.
• ADVANTAGE – Knowledge of Frameworks and API

Behavioral:

• MUST - Ability to learn independently.
• MUST - Good pedagogical ability, what I mean by that is when the candidates explains something, he/she should show some sort of passion and not just reading monotonically.
• ADVANTAGE - Personal achievements, not necessary in technical fields - it basically show that the person wants to excel and not just doing the minimum.
