Software Development Engineer / SDE (Python or Java)

We are looking for experienced Backend SDE (Python) in for working in famous team in SF.

Required Skills:

• Social Fraud or Risk experience
• Machine learning, Data science or related knowledge.
• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Thrift / Protobuf / Swagger, RabbitMQ
• Experience with Cassandra/Kafka
• Experience with scripting languages, SQL & PostgreSQL
• Experience building large-scale high-performance systems with strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable production quality backend systems.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data modeling, indexing and associated trade-offs.
• Experience working on classification problems is a plus, e.g. payment fraud, text/sentiment classification.
• Machine learning, pattern recognition, large-scale data mining or artificial intelligence experience is a huge plus!
• Analytical problem solving skills
