Architect (Machine Learning)

The project SKS-ES engaged in the development of an expert system used for diagnostics and troubleshooting products and services of Deutsche Telekom. The main users of the system are the agents of call centers, which daily processes more than 150.000 clients ' requests.

To date, the logic of the processes programmed in the system is not flexible and does not meet modern requirements. So we are looking for professionals who have sufficient knowledge in the field of machine learning.

"Next best action" is a new direction in the development of our project, whose goal is the creation of a self-learning expert systems and effectiveness in identifying and resolving technical problems.

If you have experience in the design, programming and testing of learning systems and you have knowledge in statistics, probabilistic theory and graphs, we look forward to seeing You in our project.

Tasks:

• Analysis of existing data sources in the context of a Data Lake, Analytics Platform, data warehouse, etc.
• Design and implementation of the backend of Machine-Learning Platform based on Open Source.
• Assistance in the selection and design of the ML-procedure for NBA, as well as the extraction and generation of learning data and test data.
• Support in the design of Micro-Service architecture.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and thinking skills
• Excellent knowledge of Apache Spark and Telecommunication
• Good knowledge of Java, Scala and Groovy
• Wide Experience in Machine Learning techniques (classification, reinforcement learning, probabilistic graphical models)
• Knowledge of Technical Service, Play Framework and Akka Toolkit
• Basic knowledge of UNIX and Micro-Service architectures (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Familiarity in the selection and in dealing with Open Source components
• Fluency in English language
