Your main task is to provide support service to the customers who visit the website/app. Mainly you will help them to perform basic actions on the website/app. Your second task is to ask, notice and collect feedback from the customers regarding service improvement.

- Competence and discretion towards customer matters and details
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English
- There might be occasionally a need to work on weekends or cover other shifts so a certain level of flexibility is a plus.
