IT Project manager/1C/SAP CRM

Location: Moscow, Russia

Reporting to: RU IT Manager

We are looking for an IT project manager, who will lead the projects for SAP, 1C, Directum, etc and establish good team collaboration with our Vendors and Ops team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT related OPS projects to achieve project goals within deadlines & budget.
• Evaluate project outcomes & potential for the company. Lead the project to gain more outcome.
• Drive the features implementation in terms of user needs in the moment.
• Understanding technical background of the project and identify additional outcome (avoid duplicate functionality, inefficient resource usage, help users with choosing a system, drive feature requirements description, etc).
• Build up successful team within Gett ops and our vendors/contratcors.
• Identify potential needs and create new ideas. Be proactive to find out potential cost savings in process automation.

Qualifications:

• Higher technical education.
• Understanding architecture of IT systems and the ability to understand someone else's code.
• Good knowledge of 1C, SAP basic level.
• Experience in project management. A few projects in his own portfolio as PM. Any management education is a good bonus.
• Solid understanding of business. Our PM should be on the one page with our Finance team and b2b Sales.
• Extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in an unstructured, fast paced environment.
• Intermediate English.
