Developer VB/C# ASP.NET/MVC for UK based growing business

Нужен классный разработчик в Москве, который сделает редизайн популярного сайта (wireframes и дизайн готовы) и возьмёт дальнейшую разработку двуязычного сайта, который в настоящее время ведёт британская команда. Из первоочередного: ре-дизайн и гибкая версия, совершенствование архитектуры базы и алгоритма поиска программ вузов мира (более 100’000 единиц в наст. время), улучшение UX, запуск двух новых сайтов. Англичане помогут войти в курс дела.

Занятость - 4-5 дней в неделю. Можно удаленнно или в офисе на Петровке. Если удалённо, то с посещением офиса 1-2 раза в неделю.

Оплата конкурентная – почасовая или зарплата. Далее на английском, т.к. нужен человек c отличным уровнем английского.

We are a leading course search platform in Russian speaking countries and a partner of 50+ international universities. You will join a team of 5 to become our first in-house web-developer with a potential to become a technical lead (if this is of your interest). The database and website was developed and is maintained by a British (and very good) web-development agency and they will provide you with required training/ hand-over.

Essential Skills:

• Dot Net framework, both VB and C#: we would be launching a mobile version on with C#, while our main site uses VB
• CSS/Javascript/ jQuery /MVC/Html,
• Web programming with ASP.Net
• SQL database queries: SQL Server 2012
• Good level of English and Russian, with good command of written language.

Desirable Skills:

• Use of Source control systems e.g. TFS, Subversion
• IIS/Windows Server

The knowledge/ experience of the following, is a bonus but not required and also provides an idea of other technologies you will learn in your role:

• Search engine optimization
• Google Analytics
• TDD, TFS, Agile development processes, ASP.NET Web API and WCF
• Backbone.js, Knockout.js, Angular.js

Qualities, Experience and Education:

• With at least 3 years of relevant web-dev experience
• With problem-solving thinking, highly analytical with ability to see a wider picture;
• With great attention to detail;
• Responsible and reliable;
• Independent, self-starter with the ability to structure the work-load and deliver results without step-by-step guidance;
• With a good Specialist or Master degree from a leading technical university in Russia or abroad (Computer Science or similar).
