Software Development Team Leader

We are a Software Development company looking for experienced Team Leaders (Front or Back End) passionate about modern standards and finding innovative ways to use latest technology to solve the needs of our global clients.

You’ll be working closely with us in developing new features and improving our product. Close collaboration with other teams and QA engineers will also be an essential part of your work.

Your deep knowledge of front and back-end technologies will enable you to act as discipline team leader and oversee service flows and signalling details. You should also have a good understanding of different technologies, programming languages and databases.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience building web applications/front-end development
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript & Angular JS (or at least one other MVC library / framework like Backbone, Twitter Bootstrap, EmberJS etc.)
• Expert knowledge of HTML, cross-browser CSS
• Solid background in one of these languages: Java, C++, C#
• Fluent English
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Front End Engineer
• Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components and/or the backend
• Attention to details
• Working closely with your colleagues, making your team greater than the sum of the individuals
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a diverse, international environment

• You are very experienced with SQL and noSQL databases (PostreSQL, MongoDB, Amazon RDS, DynamoDB) in large scale, high performance systems
• You are passionate about backend architecture – both on a infrastructure and on a software design level
• You have a passion for optimizing code and database queries to achieve fast response times
• Experience with high concurrent request server systems and setups
• Experience with development for a cloud is a plus
• You consider working with systems that are LIVE 24/7 an interesting challenge
• You are a team player that takes responsibility
• You’re fluent in English, spoken and written
