Currently we are implementing an exciting big data project in the science field that will change the way of research, which offers great opportunities. We invite you to join our international team. We are looking for well trained experts in backend development with focus on big data.

Your tasks:

implement our advanced and proven concepts with advanced database and big data technology create big data applications for speeding up research activities constantly improve and scale the applications

We expect from you:

Working experience at least 5 years in general Working experience with complex SQL or NoSQL databases Working experience with Еlasticsearch or Apache Solr Working experience with Python Frameworks Working experience with with version control system GIT Working hard to tackle tough tasks Be curious, be willing to learn Always! Constant availability during a predetermined working time frame Ability to self organize work and to work within a virtual team Integrity and diligence in work Good command of English in written form and for technical readings

Additional plus would be experience in NLP, Machine Learning or Data Mining, eg. with Python scikit-learn.

After testing period, relocation to Berlin is possible.
