Company Info: Our client a is Dutch company that supplies integrated logistics solutions for automation of warehouses and distribution centre. The company has a track record of automation of over 1,000 warehouses and distribution centres worldwide in recent years. These implementations are found in a wide range of industries such as food, non-food, footwear, apparel, parts & components, automotive, pharma, 3PL and e-commerce. In Russia the company has implemented several projects and operates on different sites. Globally the company employs around 3.000 people, of which 80 in Russia.

Responsibilities & Activities:
- Solve most complicated errors on electrical and mechanical field in automated handling systems at different sites
- Carry out electrical-mechanical corrective and preventive maintenance
- Services as requested by customer

Key Activities:
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Inspections
- Fault finding
- Part replacing
- Monitor stock levels
- Inventory control and management
- Maintenance planning – corrective and preventive
- Maintenance reporting, administration.
- Coordination of maintenance activities and controlling execution of maintenance activities.
- Proactively engage in improving response and repair times.
- Analyze system, process and maintenance activity performance
- Evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance
Required Experience: - Higher education
- 5 years experience in electro mechanical position, preferably as service or maintenance engineer/technician
- Able to perform specialized / difficult preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for electrical and mechanical components
- Specialist in the field of electro-mechanical technology, familiar with PLC hard and software.
- Electro-mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system
- Ability to make material planning
- Planning capabilities in respect of maintenance and personnel
- Process oriented
- Ability to teach technicians and operators
