A gamedev project developing a browser-based PvP game is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for the new game on a worldwide scale.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to bring the product to the top of international gaming products.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the launch (USA, Tier 1/Tier 2, LATAM, Asia).
• Develop and execute a promotion strategy through influencers.
• Oversee the work with gaming competitive communities and community management as a whole.
• Analyze the audience acquisition funnel based on key business metrics.

Ожидания от кандидата

The team expects that you:

• Have at least 4 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Have successfully launched gaming products and understand the specifics of their promotion.
• Possess skills in strategic and tactical planning.
• Have experience working with data analytics.
• Are proficient in English at a C1 level.
• Are capable of working with a team, setting, and controlling task execution.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with free-to-play projects.
• Good knowledge of UA to set tasks for a UA manager.

The team offers:

• 100% remote work possible from European time zones.
• Possible employment contract with a legal entity in Uzbekistan (requires personal presence).
• Salary is fixed in USD and paid at the average monthly exchange rate in UZS.
• Work equipment provided if necessary.
• Relocation can be discussed individually
