We’re JEDai, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

JEDai is a global player collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Nestlé, Pepsi, Coca-Cola Andina, Heineken, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide in more than 25 countries.
We are currently looking for an HR business partner to work with the technical and production departments of the company.
Subordination HRD.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of personnel in the Technical and Product Department: development of methods and approaches, their implementation and control;
  • Personnel assessment (from development to implementation). Conducting Performance Review 2 times a year;
  • Supporting the adaptation process for the Technical and Product departments;
  • Recruitment planning and support: hiring planning, regular market analysis, budget management, search and hiring of rare technical specialists;
  • Development and implementation of research and surveys (satisfaction, managerial effectiveness, etc.);
  • Participation in the development and leadership of the motivational system;
  • Management of the department structure (description of positions, market research, consultation with managers, planning of new positions and rotations, formation of the structure as part of the decomposition of the development strategy);
  • Leading the grading process for your area;
  • Working with a team, organizing trainings and events, maintaining corporate culture;
  • Carrying out current and project tasks for the direction.

Ожидания от кандидата

  • Experience in the HRBP position of a technology-based international company for at least 3 years;
  • Experience in conducting personnel assessments, including Performance Review, from 2 years;
  • Understanding and application of coaching approaches in working with personnel;
  • Experience in searching and hiring rare technical specialists for product companies, including international ones, from 2 years;
  • Experience in developing and conducting various types of personnel research;
  • Experience in strategic planning and decomposition in personnel management;
  • Proficiency in English at least B2;
  • Developed leadership qualities: involvement, initiative, independence, Problem Solving, teamwork, including;
  • Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining an adaptation system;
  • Experience in using mediation and facilitation;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation at the level of a confident expert, understanding of the fundamentals of international labor legislation;
  • Advanced training in human resources management, psychology and business consulting

Will be a plus:

  • Psychological education or specialized education Personnel management, advanced training in this area.
