Location: Remote (Southeast Asia TZ preferred)

## Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer with experience in React to join our team. You will be working on a project to develop a Craigslist analogue for Southeast Asia. This is a great opportunity to enhance your skills and work on a meaningful project.

## Responsibilities:

- Develop new user-facing features using React.js

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

- Fixing bugs and performance problems

- Refacroting the code

## Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience with React (functional components)

- Adaptive layout

- Understanding of React.js and its core principles

- Experience with react-query

- Understanging when and why to apply React Context

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Familiarity with Docker

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- A knack for benchmarking and optimization

- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git

## Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

- Knowledge of TypeScript is a huge bonus

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- Experience with Angular or Nest.JS (the project uses the same folders structure)
