О компании и команде
We are a team of business analysts in the Technical Support department. We are looking for someone who would: maintain and update instructions; interact with related departments (RnD, information security, etc.) to align work processes, prepare training materials for engineers on processes and support tools; participate in projects to develop and improve business processes, collect and describe business requirements to participate in systems improvement. Our position involves approximately 50/50 analytics and communication with people.
Ожидания от кандидата
Hiring requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent (most desirable in IT, management or business informatics)
- At least 1-year Experience as business analyst (IT, digital, Customer service) or a technical support engineer (IT, digital)
- Fluency in Russian written and spoken
- English language proficiency no lower than Upper Intermediate (writing skills in English, correspondence, videoconferences with native speakers, etc.)
Условия работы
Skills required:
- Critical thinking and ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
- Multitasking and ability to establish priorities
- Experience in documentation preparation (instructions, procedures)
- Profound proficiency in Excel (summary tables, common functions, ability to work with a large array of data)
- Ability to present information graphically (experience in Visio is a plus)
- Experience in CRM deployment is most desirable
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is desirable
- Knowledge of notations for process modeling (BPMN in particular)
- ITIL knowledge most desirable
- SQL knowledge is a plus
