We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX-writerVoice User Interface Designer to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content and content strategy for virtual assistants, chatbots, IVR’s and other conversational AI systems. You will work closely with our clients and teams of developers, designers, and product managers to create conversational content that enhances the user experience and drives customer engagement.

This position is full-time and remote with some PST time overlapping.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype high-quality conversational content for virtual assistants and chatbots that are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible for voice-based interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with the overall product strategy and user needs.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create conversational flows that optimize user engagement and drive desired outcomes.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving conversational content and user experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content to continuously improve user engagement and retention.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in conversational content design and development.
  • Implement and improve processes and procedures regarding NLU models.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation for virtual assistants or chatbots.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a conversational style, understanding of user personas and design flow.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational design principles.
  • Experience with UX, content strategy development and execution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with chatbot development platforms, natural language processing, and machine learning.
  • Written and oral proficiency in English.

As a plus:

  • Domain knowledge of financial services industry: specifically, banks and credit unions.
  • Prior experience working with Amazon Lex, Kendra.
  • HTML, SQL, Knowledge Graphs.
