Senior QA engineer (RCV WEB)

JettyCloud looks for IT professionals on behalf of RingCentral to join its team in Sofia.

RingCentral Bulgaria is a new European branch of an American company RingCentral. JettyCloud is a software R&D center that works for RingCentral. Due to our long-term partnership we help the company to find talented engineers who will work on #1 cloud communications solution.

We develop for an American UCaaS platform RingCentral that is used by over 1 million businesses. It helps them all around the world to stay in touch with their customers and employees. We make everything work smoothly.

Our team is involved in the development of video conference and webinar systems. Our system enables you to set up for hundreds of participants and supports connection using various applications and devices.

We utilize the most modern technologies, microservice architecture, and deploy services on Kubernetes on AWS. Our system is highload, deployed in multiple locations around the world. We maintain high availability 24x7x365 with 99.999 percent availability - five ninth.

Key responsibilities:

•   Perform testing of a video conferencing web client implemented on the basis of WebRTC technology;

•      Perform functional testing;

•      Write and maintain test documentation in English;

•      Maintain release process.

Skills & Requirements:

•      Experience in web testing 3+ years;

•      JS automation skills, working experience with Playwright;

•      Knowledge of software testing methodologies;

•      Experience in performing functional tests;

•      Basic knowledge of Linux;

•      Basic knowledge of Git;

•      Understanding of TCP/IP, QoS, ability to analyze problems at the network level;

•      Proactivity in testing processes.

Good to have:

•      Experience in performing non-functional tests;

•      Understanding of VoIP protocols: WebRTC, SIP, (S)RTP, sdp, ICE, TURN, STUN.
